Kennith is the Founder and Managing Director of PlanPlus Consultancy Limited and Director of MES Group. With 20 years of experience in urban and rural planning, land administration, property development consultancy, and project management, he has successfully completed over 200 land development projects, including planning applications, lease modifications, and land grant applications.

Kennith has expertise in land use feasibility studies, master layout plans, and specialist technical assessments. He has provided consultancy services to government departments, top private property developers, and universities, working on various residential, commercial, tourism, recreational, and institutional developments.

Outside of work, Kennith actively participates in professional associations and volunteers as a development consultant for NGOs. He also offers development consultancy and town planning training to young professionals.
